Creditas
I worked in the business verticals on B2B and B2C fronts of the Creditas application and also the Creditas Benefits card with a focus on strategic projects of conversion and product management, banking, as well as projects with cost optimization and improvement of operational efficiency.
Redesign vision of the Creditas application
In the vision for the update of the Creditas app, my main focus was to create a comprehensive presentation of the product ecosystem for both Auto, involving loan, car buying and selling shop, insurance, and financing, as well as for Home, with loan, home insurance, renovation financing, and real estate buying and selling platform.
New users
At this stage, I created a call for secured loan simulation and integrated real customer stories available on YouTube.
Auto / home product management
In this project, we also anticipated integrated management experiences for users with cars as collateral, encompassing personalized products, loan management, and vehicle offers aligned with the customer's profile. All of this providing a smooth and efficient experience, which meets the users' needs for various scale visions.
Management of multiple products and cross-selling
Integrated management experience for users with cars as collateral, encompassing personalized products, loan management, and vehicle offers aligned with the customer's profile.
Initial Impact
- Increase in awareness of cross-sell products from 30 to 70%.
- Inspirational insights to feed the team's backlog, significantly increasing the ease of finding invoices and contracted products in the application.
- Redesign of the operational flow process related to payroll discount, resulting in a reduction of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost). This led to a greater flow of access.
- Cross-pollination of behavioral learnings from all types of users, with knowledge transfer to various areas of Creditas.
Registration of payroll discounts
I served as a Staff Product Designer in the Creditas Benefits and Creditas Banking verticals, developing B2B financial solutions for employees of partner companies. These solutions included payroll loans, benefit cards with VR/Food balance, salary advance, health plans, and financial education.
The main goal of the project was to reduce costs and optimize processes at Creditas, focusing on the registration of payroll discounts of partner companies. Through this optimization, Creditas was able to correctly calculate all employee discounts, avoiding financial losses at the time of payroll discount.
Impact
As a result, the project avoided more than R$ 10 million in losses and enabled sending alerts to partner companies about salary increases and limits that could indicate errors or fraud. This contributed to a more efficient and secure financial management.
Redesign of the old Creditas Renovation service
Revitalization of the product experience aimed at capturing the interest of customers who were looking for renovation solutions for houses and apartments, with the consultancy of Creditas architects.
This product involved the creation of various budget packages, including the development of 3D projects and the detailed listing of construction costs and building materials.
My main focus was to provide an enhanced and personalized experience for customers, simplifying the decision-making process and ensuring greater satisfaction with the services offered by Creditas.
Redesign of the Creditas Store and the Creditas Pay payment type
The main goal of this redesign was to enhance the content of the platform, not only showing the credit limit available for purchases but also explaining in a clear and accessible way how the payroll loan purchase model works.
In addition, within the project's scope, we anticipated what access to this platform would be like through the Creditas application. This perspective was crucial to ensure a consistent and integrated user experience across all platforms.
Financial education
The focus on B2B financial education is a key strategy to ensure that employees of partner companies do not go into debt due to the company's business model.
This experience allowed other research to be conducted in this area within the Creditas application.
